Welcome to AMAT UK

We believe that all homeless adults should have access to safe accommodation and the necessary support to rebuild their lives.  We aim to reduce and prevent homelessness by providing accommodation and re-building lives, through personalised support and collaboration with other partner organisations.

In an ideal world, no one would experience homelessness, there would not be a housing crisis and there would be no need for AMAT UK to exist.

The reality is that whilst nationally there are 4000 individuals sleeping rough in the UK tonight and every night, we will be here for them and other vulnerable adults as long as we need to.

The Hive is our community space, providing social activities, specialist support and development opportunities for the people of Medway.

  • Between 12 and 40 people sleep rough in Medway each night
